Excellent customer service
I really like the branded variety of shampoo and conditioner that I have a hard time of choosing.I appreciate that they have free coffee, juice and other drinks. They have sleeping clothes and toiletries. You can also leave your luggage at the lobby before checking in and after checking out. I love their breakfast, they have different delicious food. I also appreciate the restaurant (the woman) staff who came to talk to us and told us to hail a taxi in front as there are plenty. I love that the employees of the hotel are all accommodating. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you for an excellent customer service.

Very Good
Good location short walk to Namba Station and Dontombori. Free drinks in the lobby and wifi good. Let us store our luggage for the day free of charge as our flight left late at night.
Small bathroom and hard mattress (personal preference). One of the FD clerks was quite rude and dismissive but the rest were nice
